Southern Restaurants

EPI were invited by Southern Restaurants to assist with the relocation of their Victorian head office. The new accommodation of 1,000sqm was spread over two floors. EPI worked closely with the property team to design the new office accommodation.

The new office accommodation included a welcoming reception point with a state of the art boardroom and meeting facilities on the first floor with the training facilities and supporting staff on the ground floor. 

Co-ordination and communication played a major role in the success of the project. The fitout of the project successfully delivered the client’s accommodation brief.
