L'Burger Family Restaurant

Having decided to develop a new chain of burger restaurant brand. EPI worked with the brand marketing firm to develop the design concept for the first restaurant in bustling Glenferrie Road, Hawthorn. EPI assisted the project team to develop the design documentation and details incorporating finishes and fittings to suit the restaurant concept and brand.

The site selected was a double-storey heritage listed building fronting Glenferrie Road.

The design concept incorporated a French twist to an American iconic street food. The restaurant aimed to take the burger eating experience to a fine dining setting. Providing booth seating to the main dining area with suspended pendant lights over enforced the intimate, private and family atmosphere of the restaurant. The mixture of mosaic ceramic tiles to walls, large murals and high vaulted ceilings created the refined train-subway atmosphere.
