Dual Occupancy Development
Subdivision of an existing 1960’s single storey dwelling to include two 4 bedroom/ double garage dual-occupancy townhouses.
Town planning phase included working with the local council’s planning department to incorporating their comments and to address some of the concerns raised by the adjacent neighbours. Issues raised related to overlooking which was addressed by introducing additional screening trees along the common boundary.
The building approval phase was completed via a private building surveyor who assessed the architectural working drawings, structural & civil design and energy reports (SDA &WSUD).
