Willsmere Dental Clinic

EP Interiors was invited to discuss the feasibility of developing the existing single level building for a new dental clinic. EP Interiors carried out a thorough assessment of the site to ascertain the prosed use and investigated the concept with the local council. Based on our findings, the plan to develop the site included a new two storey building that houses the dental clinic on the ground floor with additional office space on the first floor. The design team worked services consultants to develop the design of the dental clinic within the new development plan.

EP Interiors worked closely with the client to develop the new concept for the clinic. The brief was to present the clinic to the community as a cutting-edge modern clinic with strong family values. The layout of the clinic provided a modern welcoming waiting area that is visible from the street. The consulting rooms were designed with an emphasis on ergonomics and accessibility.

The final result incorporated a reception area visible from the street enforcing the brand name and culture. The main access corridor lined up with timber mural leading the clients towards the consulting rooms.
